Terms & Conditions
Bookings
Each participant must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire & Waiver a minimum of 24 hours before your first session. You will be prompted to complete this when you book. If you are booking a 2:1 session, you must ensure your partner also completes the form by sending them the link or forwarding them the email.

Most sessions can and should be booked and managed online yourself, although I will sometimes make bookings on your behalf.
Cancellations
Client Cancellation
​
All booking types: can be cancelled or amended online in your account up to 48 hours before your session. Any late cancels with less than 48 hours notice or "no shows", will be charged the full amount by deducting a credit from your session plan. This is to enable time for your slot to be filled by another client.
​
​If you book a session less than 48 hours before it's scheduled start time, you are unable to amend or cancel and the full fee for cancellations will apply.
​
2:1: 2:1 Sessions are managed by one person. If one participant late cancels, the charges will still apply and the session will go ahead.
​
3:1: If a participant of your 3:1 late cancels, the charges above will apply to them and the session will go ahead at no extra cost to you.
If you know you are going to be absent/on holiday, please give plenty advance notice so we can make other arrangements for your partner(s). Similarly, regular cancellations and no-shows are unfair on your partner(s), so please let me know if you know you are unable to commit regularly to group sessions.
Instructor Cancellation

1:1 & 2:1: If I am unavailable and regrettably your session is cancelled, your credit will be returned to your account for re-booking. I will liaise with you to find the next suitable alternative.
​
3:1: If I am unavailable or there is only 1 person booked onto the session, your credit will be returned to your account for re-booking or you may be moved to an alternative time slot, as appropriate. You may also be offered to upgrade to a 1:1 for the same time slot.
Session Plans
Plan Expiry

All session plans have expiration dates, please take note of your plan expiry when purchasing. Sessions must be redeemed within the advertised period. Plans are non-refundable.

​Plan Suspensions & Extensions​
​
In certain circumstances, usually for reasons of illness or pregnancy, where medical advice limits further exercise, plans may be paused. Please contact me directly to discuss.

Plan extensions are given in the event of instructor cancellations.

Plan Policy Agreement
​
Upon purchasing a package you are asked to acknowledge and agree to the above T&C's at checkout, before commencing sessions.

Session prices and offers may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
Session Participation
If you are in any doubt about your medical status and/or ability to participate in a class, you must check with your doctor before booking.
You must notify your instructor if your health status changes.
You agree to take responsibility for your own body during your pilates session, to stop exercising if you need to and/or if you experience pain.
I ask that you arrive on time to class and no more than 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Pilates & Movement cannot accept liability for loss or damage to your personal property.
