ELEVATE YOUR BODY WITH PILATES & MOVEMENT

Find Your Balance, Strength, & Flexibility

Helping you Move

As a certified neurological Pilates practitioner, I offer unique brain-based techniques to help you achieve your movement goals.

I work with all clients - regardless of whether you have a neurological condition - focusing on posture alignment, balance, strength training, mobility, and injury recovery.

My Wiltshire-based studio is equipped with a clinical reformer, trapeze, and other specialised equipment. These Pilates machines enhance your sessions beyond mat work by providing tailored assistance or resistance through a gentle system of springs and pulleys. This support promotes improved joint alignment and muscle activation.

What to Expect

I primarily provide 1:1 or 2:1 sessions to ensure that you get the most out of your programme and progress at a pace which suits you. It allows us to adapt exercises based on your individual requirements. 2:1 sessions can be offered as an option if two people are at a similar level.

We start with an initial consultation, allowing us to create a plan tailored to achieve your individual goals.

I typically offer hands-on assistance to help you get the most out of your practice but can adopt a hands-off approach if preferred. Props are sometimes used to challenge the body or to make movements more accessible.

You do not need to be referred to start with Pilates but letters or reports from your consultant or referring physio are useful to provide a complimenting programme.
